This may be especially useful for users in China as he talks about how to use Chinese characters in Protégé. Thanks Xiaoqizhao, just in case people don't scroll down to read the comments, I posted your GitHub URL above. Also, thanks for your feedback on the Pizza tutorial. I'm creating a new version with your corrections. I've been busy lately so not sure when I will publish that but I think I should get around to it before the end of this year.
